We provide the software and tools; however, we do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Your use of the Service is for informational and organizational purposes only.

• Credentials: You are required to provide a valid email address and create a password.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notification: You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

Balancerie is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on your selection at checkout.
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 100% refund, no questions asked, within the first 30 days of your initial subscription. If you decide Balancerie is not right for you, simply contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund and cancel your account.
• Cancellations: After the 30-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the initial 30 days.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Balancerie only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
